PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes):
Lamisell operate within the PEFC scheme:
The PEFC scheme is one of BM TRADA's certification schemes - BM TRADA Certification is at the forefront of providing timber-related certification services.
In recent years, there has been a huge increase in public and corporate interest in environmental issues. Nowhere is this more evident than the move towards certifying timber and timber products to demonstrate that these have come from sustainable and properly managed sources.

PEFC/16-37-187 |
Chain of Custody certification is the unbroken path which products take from the forest to the consumer. Chain of Custody certification provides evidence that the certified product originates from certified, well managed forests and verifies that these products are not mixed with products from uncertified forests at any point in the supply chain. |
Operating within the PEFC scheme entitles Lamisell to use of the PEFC logo (see above) with all our Glulam products. This logo is applicable to wood-based products and allows customers and the general public to make a positive choice to support sustainable forest management. |
